Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble explains that the regulation reproduces certain EU rules for practical reasons and that the EU rules still apply directly in Denmark. If a project is co-financed by other public or EU funds, the application must state that and the amount of co-financing. Grants cannot be given for activities that already received funding under other schemes or legislation, subject to an unspecified exception. GUDP-sekretariatet may request an applicant’s last 3 years of annual accounts and can require written acceptance of a grant offer within 4 weeks. Grant holders must take part in project evaluation and keep specified accounts and vouchers for 10 years after the last payment. Section 20 is titled “Demonstrationsaktiviteter” and the excerpt does not state a substantive rule. This fragment refers to research activities that form the basis for development and demonstration activities.
