About this statute

This provision sets rules for the Plant-Based Foods Fund, including grant application requirements, publication duties for the board, annual application rounds, and exclusions for crisis-stricken companies and applicants with unpaid recovery orders. The beneficiary is responsible for its part of the project, and applications must state any co-financing and its amount. Bestyrelsen kan kræve materiale og stille krav til ansøgning, digital indsendelse, budgetændringer og offentliggørelse. Tilskudsprojektet skal gennemføres inden 5 år, og tilsagnshaver skal oplyse, at resultatet er lavet med tilskud fra fonden. Tilsagnshaver skal følge reglerne for ændringer, overdragelse, rapportering og udbetaling af tilskud, og visse frister kan kun ændres med bestyrelsens eller sekretariatets godkendelse. Tilskudsmodtageren skal bruge det godkendte skema for lønomkostninger, tilsagnshaveren skal opgøre værdien af udstyr og inventar, og en godkendt revisor skal revidere regnskabet.
