Statute overview

About this statute

The regulation sets the framework for granting and paying subsidies from the state broadband fund for projects that build high-speed broadband networks. Section 4 defines key terms for the broadband grant scheme and sets basic eligibility rules, limits, and administrative powers for the Danish authority. An applicant may not implement a project change before the Danish agency has approved it, and the change request must be submitted without undue delay and no later than when the case is finished by payment of the grant. For each project address, an average self-payment of at least DKK 2,000 including VAT must be contributed, the provider must contribute at least DKK 10,000 excluding VAT, and a municipality in the partnership must contribute funding.
