About this statute

Unintended incidents connected with healthcare activity or medicine supply/information are to be reported in the Danish Patient Safety Database under this regulation. Certain adverse incidents must be reported to the Danish Patient Safety Database, usually as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after the person becomes aware of the incident. Adverse incidents must be reported to the relevant municipality, region, private hospital/hospice, or other listed recipient, depending on where and how the incident occurred.
