Statute overview

About this statute

This provision sets the permit scheme for listed industrial activities, requires digital application, and gives the approval authority powers to ask for more information and set deadlines. Godkendelsesmyndigheden kan forlænge fristen én gang, hvis sagen er kompleks, and must notify the applicant before the original deadline; the applicant may not start the approval-required activity before the authority’s decision.
