This section sets rules for PCB holders and PCB equipment: label, store, keep records, disclose information on request, and dispose of or decontaminate certain items promptly. Breaking the rule can lead to up to 2 years’ imprisonment if the breach was intentional or grossly negligent and caused environmental damage, created a risk of it, or produced an economic benefit. Companies and other legal persons can also be held criminally liable.
