Statute overview

About this statute

This provision says air traffic in Denmark must comply with the act and related rules, and it sets basic aircraft nationality, registration, notice, and ministerial power rules. If an aircraft is transferred, auctioned, taken over, or later falls within the listed deletion cases, the relevant person or authority must notify the aircraft registry, and the registry must record, delete, or annotate the aircraft entry as required.
