Statute overview

About this statute

This provision sets out how the fund’s grants are administered: the board must run the website, publish application information, evaluate the fund every 5 years, and applicants must meet application and CVR requirements. Section 29 sets grant conditions, budget-change rules, digital submission routes, and reporting duties for applicants and grantees. A status report may only be submitted after the project or activity has been running for at least 8 months before 1 July in a given year.
