Statute overview

About this statute

Regulation on the contribution principle for life insurance companies and cross-sector pension funds: it sets when the regulation applies, how insurance portfolios are grouped, and what must be reported to Finanstilsynet. The realised result part is added to reserves for insurance and investment contracts and allocated according to the contribution principle. If the realized result is negative, provisions for insurance and investment contracts may be deducted from this part to the extent possible.
