Statute overview

About this statute

Doping is defined by reference to Appendix 1, and subsidies depend on organizations adopting and enforcing anti-doping control and sanction rules. Several sports bodies must make subsidy conditions depend on compliance with the listed anti-doping rules, and Anti Doping Danmark must seek cooperation agreements with sports-related institutions. Rules in the cooperation agreements on doping control and sanctions must comply with Annex 2, except for the provision on test analysis. Anti Doping Danmark must keep an electronic register of doping sanctions, encrypt CPR numbers, not publish CPR numbers, and make the register available to certain partners with cooperation agreements.
