Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble says the regulation sets rules on drinking water quality, monitoring, consumer notice, and supervision of water supply systems, with exceptions for natural mineral water and medicinal water. Section 7 sets water-quality rules, limits some uses of rainwater, and assigns monitoring and notice duties to authorities and water suppliers. Certain water suppliers must report specified information to the supervisory authority, including annual status reporting and incident/control measures, through Jupiter or another digital solution.
