Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble says the regulation contains copied EU rules for practical reasons and introduces a support scheme for young farmers and gardeners. The applying company must meet several conditions, including having an active CVR number, meeting ownership and manager requirements linked to a young farmer or gardener, and using the correct application form. Den ansøgende virksomhed skal vedlægge dokumentation og oplyse forretningsplanen i ansøgningen; tilskud kræver også, at virksomheden ikke tidligere har modtaget 5 års støtte under den nævnte ordning for unge landbrugere. Grant applications must be submitted within set periods, only one application may be filed per applicant, and grants are refused in certain ineligible cases. Applicants are ranked by the date they started, took over, or founded the agricultural or horticultural business; if ties remain, CVR registration date and then electronic drawing of lots are used. Grant recipients must also display specific EU funding information on websites, social media profiles, and certain public-facing materials, and the signage must start within 7 calendar days after the grant date and continue until the payment decision.
