The provision defines who counts as a wage earner and sets documentation rules and calculation methods for seniority. Reglerne fastsætter, hvor meget anciennitet en person optjener pr. måned ud fra alder, periode og antal arbejdstimer. If the existing documentation does not include the information mentioned in subsection 2, the person must provide other documentation that sufficiently supports the stated seniority.
