Kommunalbestyrelsens indberetning af oplysninger Kommunalbestyrelsen skal én gang årligt og senest 1. hverdag i maj i året efter regnskabsårets afslutning indberet- te oplysninger om kommunens samlede realiserede provenu fra dækningsafgift af offentlige ejendomme. Kommunens provenu svarer til de bogførte nettoindtægter på gruppering 001 på funktion 7.68.95 i budget-og regnskabssystemet for kommuner, jf. § 1 i bekendtgørelse om kommunernes budget- og regnskabsvæsen, revision m.v., jf. dog stk. 3. Oplysninger om kommunens eventuelle regulerin- ger af dækningsafgift vedrørende andre år end regnskabsåret skal ikke medtages i opgørelsen efter stk. 2. Kommunens indberetning af oplysninger efter stk. 2 og 3 skal være revideret af kommunens revisor og forsynet med revisorens erklæring. Ikrafttræden Bekendtgørelsen træder i kraft den 29. april 2024. Bekendtgørelsen har virkning fra og med indberetning vedrørende regnskabsåret 2023 til brug for tilskudsudmeldingen vedrørende 2025 og frem. Bekendtgørelse nr. 443 af 11. april 2022 om indberetning af provenu af dækningsafgift på offentlige ejendomme ophæves.
