Bekendtgørelse om visse beskyttelsesforanstaltninger mod abekoppevirus Bekendtgørelse om visse beskyttelsesforanstaltninger mod abekoppevirus I medfør af § 37, § 66 a, stk. 1 og 2, § 67 og § 70, stk. 3, i lov om hold af dyr, jf. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 62 af 19. januar 2024, fastsættes efter bemyndigelse i henhold til § 7, nr. 1, i bekendtgørelse nr. 1721 af 30. november 2020 om Fødevarestyrelsens opgaver og beføjelser: Det er forbudt at indføre: Præriehunde (Cinynos sp.) med oprindelse i eller hidrørende fra USA. Vilde gnavere og egern med oprindelse i eller hidrørende fra lande i Afrika, der er beliggende syd for Sahara. Uanset § 1, kan Fødevarestyrelsen tillade indførsel af de i § 1 nævnte dyr, såfremt følgende betingelser er opfyldt: Dyrene indføres til en af Fødevarestyrelsen godkendt afgrænset virksomhed i Danmark, jf. artikel 97 i forordning (EU) 2016/429 af 9. marts 2016 om overførbare dyresygdomme og om ændring og ophævelse af visse retsakter på området for dyresundhed (»dyresundhedsloven«). Dyrene hidrører fra en afgrænset virksomhed i tredjelandet, der er godkendt af den kompetente myndighed, jf. artikel 233, stk. 1, i forordning (EU) 2016/429 af 9. marts 2016 om overførbare dyresygdomme og om ændring og ophævelse af visse retsakter på området for dyresundhed (»dyresundhedsloven«). Ansøgning om tilladelse, skal sendes til Fødevarestyrelsen ved brug af kontaktformularen på Fødevarestyrelsens hjemmeside, og skal indeholde følgende oplysninger: Det unikke godkendelsesnummer på den afgrænsede virksomhed i Danmark, hvortil dyrene skal flyttes. Adresse på den afgrænsede virksomhed i tredjelandet, hvorfra dyrene flyttes til Danmark. Oprindelsesland, hvis dette afviger fra det tredjeland, hvorfra dyrene flyttes til Danmark. Dyreart og antal, herunder oplysning om identifikationssystem og -kode. Forventet dato og tidspunkt for ankomst til den afgrænsede virksomhed i Danmark. Med bøde straffes den, der overtræder
