About this statute

Kriminalforsorgen must keep and maintain the KrimIntel intelligence database, and only authorized personnel may access or update it when the stated security, anti-radicalization, or crime-prevention reasons apply. Kriminalforsorgen must control KrimIntel so that incorrect, misleading, or irrelevant information is not processed, and such information must be corrected or deleted as soon as possible. Kriminalforsorgen may share KrimIntel data in defined situations and must log processing, do sample checks on logs, and set internal rules for access and handling.
