Bekendtgørelse om ændring af bekendtgørelse om bygningsreglement 2018 (BR18) Bekendtgørelse om ændring af bekendtgørelse om bygningsreglement 2018 (BR18) I bekendtgørelse nr. 1399 af 12. december 2019 om bygningsreglement 2018 (BR18), som senest ændret ved bekendtgørelse nr. 1673 af 11. december 2023, foretages følgende ændringer: § 11 a affattes således: Ansøgning om byggetilladelse for anlæg med henblik på produktion af vedvarende energi er omfattet af regler vedr. tilrettelæggelse af tilladelsesprocessen og tidsfrister m.v. i bekendtgørelse om kontaktpunkt, VE-tilladelsesprocessen og områder til fremme af VE. § 345, stk. 1, nr. 4, affattes således: DS/EN 206 Beton, specifikation, egenskaber, produktion og overensstemmelse og DS 206, Beton – Specifikation, egenskaber, produktion og overensstemmelse – Regler for anvendelse af DS/EN 206 i Danmark. Bekendtgørelsen træder i kraft den 1. juli 2024. Bekendtgørelsen finder ikke anvendelse på ansøgninger om byggetilladelse, der er indsendt før bekendtgørelsens ikrafttræden. Bekendtgørelsen finder ikke anvendelse på byggearbejder, som ikke kræver tilladelse, hvis byggearbejdet er påbegyndt før bekendtgørelsens ikrafttræden. Den hidtil gældende § 345, stk. 1, nr. 4, jf. bekendtgørelse nr. 1030 af 27. juni 2022 om bekendtgørelse om ændring af bekendtgørelse om bygningsreglement 2018 (BR18), finder anvendelse indtil den 1. januar 2025.
