Statute overview

About this statute

This provision defines who counts as a wage earner and sets rules for documenting and calculating seniority. The section sets how much seniority a person earns each month based on age and monthly work hours. If the documentation lacks the information mentioned in subsection 2, the person must provide other documentation that can sufficiently make the stated seniority probable. Reglerne fastsætter, hvordan anciennitet for 16-17-årige før 1. september 1977 beregnes og dokumenteres. If the documentation does not include the information referred to in subsection 2, the person must provide other documentation that can sufficiently support the person’s stated seniority. The amount is then converted into hours and allocated proportionally across weekdays, which are Monday to Friday even if they are public holidays.
