Statute overview

About this statute

This provision sets the scope and key qualification rules for certain road transport drivers and training providers. Uddannelsescentre must keep driver training records, show them to the Danish authority on request, and give drivers copies on request. Færdselsstyrelsen must issue driver qualification certificates when conditions are met. Chauffører must carry training documentation and show it to control authorities on request; some chauffeurs must complete basic qualifications in Denmark or follow continuing education in the relevant EU/EEA country. Training activities and centers need approval from Færdselsstyrelsen.
