Statute overview

About this statute

This provision says the law covers contracting authorities for supply-sector contracts and also applies in related procurement-enforcement contexts. Section 15 sets complaint deadlines and procedural rules for cases before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement. This section lets the procurement complaints board order contract termination, impose sanctions or fines, and award compensation in some cases. Section 12 says certain procurement contracts may be declared ineffective, and the section also gives authorities powers to demand information, impose coercive fines, and issue digital-communication rules.
