Statute overview

About this statute

This provision says the regulation applies to general housing organizations and their departments, with some sections also applying to certain self-owning institutions, and some sections not applying to general administration organizations. En boligorganisation kan med kommunal godkendelse oprette og eje sideaktivitetsselskaber og etablere/udleje visse erhvervsarealer, hvis de angivne betingelser er opfyldt. A lease agreement may last up to 4 years and may be extended only on the same time limit. Leasing for construction on leased land may happen with municipal council approval if the conditions in § 6(1) nos. 1-3 are met. Shared common rooms may be used for social and leisure activities involving non-residents. En boligorganisation may charge costs to a department, rent common rooms for other non-social uses if compatible with their common-room purpose, and set rules for use. It may also own and run administration properties and course rooms, subject to limits on use, funding, and lease length.
