البطلان فى شق من الاجراء
إذا بطل جزء من الإجراء، يبطل هذا الجزء وحده ما دام الإجراء قابلاً للتجزئة؛ أما الإجراء البسيط أو غير القابل للتجزئة فيؤدي عيب جزء منه إلى بطلانه كله.
