الحكم الابتدائي بالدين يقطع التقادم، ويبدأ تقادم جديد لمدة 15 سنة من تاريخ صدوره، ولا يبدأ التقادم الجديد على نحو نهائي إلا إذا أصبح الحكم نهائياً.
