تعويض الاستيلاء على بعض الأراضى البور يُقدَّر بواسطة اللجنة العليا لتنمية أراضى الدولة، ويصبح نهائياً بعد اعتماده من مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للإصلاح الزراعى، مع جواز الطعن على قرار الاعتماد أمام القضاء الإدارى.
