التخالص بدين الاجرة
إذا قدّم المستأجر مبلغاً على أنه يبرئ ذمته من الأجرة كاملة ثم رُفض العرض وأودع المبلغ خزينة المحكمة، فلا يُلزم المؤجر بقبول هذا العرض الناقص.
