Statute overview

About this statute

The inspection act must be given to the interested person, who may add agreement or comments. A second copy goes to the competent authority for possible sanction proceedings, and properly signed acts and supporting reports are presumed truthful unless there is contrary proof. The exercise of sanctioning power must follow an administrative procedure, using the special abbreviated procedure, the abbreviated procedure in Article 96 of Law 39/2015, or the ordinary sanctioning procedure, depending on the case. This article sets out a special abbreviated sanction procedure with a 15-day period to pay or make allegations, and it allows a 40% reduction if the fine is paid voluntarily in time.
