Statute overview

About this statute

Shotguns, related weapons, and authorized gun shops must keep specified parts separated and comply with the cited weapons regulations. Establishments covered by the Order must install alarm devices connected to designated police or Guardia Civil facilities, unless authorized substitution or dispensation applies. The corresponding authority may sanction infringements of this Order under current provisions.
