About this statute

The Ministry of Agriculture is authorized to issue supplementary rules to carry out this Royal Decree. This article is repealed. Human food waste may not be used to feed pigs, except when treated in duly authorized industrial centers under permanent official veterinary control. Certain slaughterhouses, meat businesses, carcass-recovery centers, restaurants, sanatoriums, and collective dining facilities may not have related pig farms that could be contaminated by those residues. Artículo primero is repealed.
