Statute overview

About this statute

University professors may do scientific, technical, or artistic work and run specialization courses; university statutes may not contradict this decree when regulating the relevant matters. This article defines specialization courses and says the professor must give at least five lessons or lectures. Compatibility must be denied in four situations: if the work or specialization course is not at the required scientific, technical, or artistic level; if it could harm teaching work or involve improper conduct; if the work is reserved by law to certain professionals and the professor lacks the required title; or if the contract effectively creates a stable employment relationship.
