About this statute

This article creates an official statistic on fire and rescue services’ interventions. The competent Fire and Rescue Service at the place of the incident must collect information about each incident. Certain local or regional public bodies must put reference information into a standardized, computer-readable document and send it through the Government Civil office or Government Delegate to Civil Protection. Certain property holders, occupants, and responsible service/equipment managers must provide the information referred to in Article 2.
