Statute overview

About this statute

The President must appoint an instructor from among the Councillors when the file is opened, and the instructor must take the measures needed to investigate the merits of the proposed distinctions. If possible, a public information period must also be opened during the procedure for awarding the titles of Hijo Predilecto or Hijo Adoptivo de Asturias.
