Representatives of the listed organizations must cease when representation changes, and renewal must be completed within two months of the official announcement. El Consejo Escolar de Canarias funcionará en Pleno, en Comisión Permanente y en Comisiones específicas. El Consejero competente en Educación nombra a los Vicepresidentes primero y segundo, a propuesta del Consejo Escolar de Canarias. The Vice-Presidents must replace the President in order of seniority if there is a vacancy, absence, or illness, and they must also perform any functions the President delegates to them.
