Statute overview

About this statute

Esta Orden regula cómo se organizan y tramitan los censos de asociaciones de alumnos y de padres de alumnos, y qué autoridades deben gestionarlos. The censuses are public and must be organized into two sections with their corresponding books. This Order enters into force the day after it is published in the Official State Gazette. If the Administration raises formal or substantive objections to the submitted documentation, the two-month deadline is suspended; formal objections must be notified with a warning, and unresolved defects can lead to filing or denial. The provincial and ministerial association registers must issue written certificates of data relating to those associations to interested persons who request them.
