Statute overview

About this statute

After notification of admission, the Promoting Commission must submit the signature-collection sheets to the Andalusian Electoral Board. The Board must stamp, number, and return them within 48 hours after receiving them. The elector’s signature must be accompanied by identifying details, and the signature must be authenticated by an authorized official.
