Statute overview

About this statute

This annex sets the form and minimum size of the CE marking and lists what must be included in a CE declaration of conformity. This decree applies to electrical material within the stated voltage ranges, subject to a directive and excluding items and phenomena covered by Article 4. Materials covered by Article 1 must be built to current EEC safety technical criteria and must at least meet the rules and conditions in Article 3. Electrical equipment covered by this provision must meet minimum safety conditions.
