Statute overview

About this statute

These Units must align their uniformity, use of means, and operating standards with what is set out in the implementing rules for this Royal Decree. The article creates Police Intervention Units within the National Police and assigns them public-security missions. Personnel to be integrated into the Police Intervention Units are governed by the special rules in this chapter, and by the general statutory regime for National Police officials for anything not covered here.
