Ionizing radiation in a medical act must be kept as low as possible, and its use must be medically justified and carried out under the responsibility of doctors or dentists. People responsible for using ionizing radiation in a medical act must have acquired adequate radiological protection knowledge through university training or additional studies, and technical staff assisting must have adequate knowledge of the applied techniques and radiological protection rules. Article 3 is repealed.
