Statute overview

About this statute

Certain Social Security affiliates who are victims of terrorism have a right to receive extraordinary pensions under the cited rules. This article sets how the pension amount is calculated for the pensions covered by the previous article. Las pensiones extraordinarias originadas por actos de terrorismo no están sujetas a los límites generales de señalamiento inicial y revalorización. Extraordinary pensions are generally incompatible with certain ordinary or other extraordinary pensions, but they can be compatible with some ordinary pensions in another social security scheme when the person has multiple activities. The competent Social Security managing body must manage the pensions covered by this Royal Decree.
