Statute overview

About this statute

The setting and essential regulation of fees must be done by law; annual budget laws may apply or update certain existing fees. Fees cannot be set or collected unless they arise from supplying or providing a good or service. This provision establishes three fee categories and says that when multiple services are involved for the same taxable person, all applicable fees and modalities must be applied. If this Law does not cover a matter, the public prices covered by it are governed by the Galician public economic and financial management law and any other applicable rules.
