Statute overview

About this statute

This provision limits the use in national territory of certain civil subsonic jet aircraft meeting the stated weight or passenger-capacity thresholds. The Ministry of Fomento may grant exemptions from the article 2 requirements for certain aircraft, including historic aircraft and aircraft meeting specified acoustic and replacement conditions.
