Statute overview

About this statute

The Judicial Studies Center must organize the courses, and participants must attend continuously and full-time, meet the minimum attendance and assessment requirements, and follow the selection rules set by the Justice Administration authority. Certain officials may be integrated into the Corps of Forensic Doctors after they complete the training course or apply based on prior service, subject to the conditions in Article 3. Within three months after this Royal Decree enters into force, certain compatibility authorisations end and affected officials must choose one public-sector post. Certain officials are to be assigned to job posts that match the functions of their original scale, if they have served as forensic doctors under the conditions in Article 1 of Organic Law 7/1992.
