Statute overview

About this statute

AENOR certificates or conformity marks can have the same validity as ministerial approval for certain steel products, if they meet the stated conditions. This Order takes effect the day after it is published in the Official State Gazette. From the effective date, AENOR conformity certificates or marks for certain steel wires used in specified concrete products have the same validity as the required product homologation. AENOR’s conformity certificates or marks must be published in the relevant official gazette by the competent directorate. Certifications and conformity marks must be granted using certificates and test protocols from approved inspection/control entities and accredited laboratories.
