Statute overview

About this statute

This article lists the organs of the Cámaras Agrarias de Aragón: the Pleno, the Comisión Ejecutiva, and the Presidente. The Pleno is the Chamber’s sovereign body, with powers over statutes, leadership, budgets, assets, staffing proposals, and other powers granted by law or the Statutes. The Chamber President is elected by the Chamber’s plenary at its constitutive session and serves a four-year term. The President has listed powers over representation, governance, meetings, services, spending, payments, contracts, and agreements. The Executive Commission manages the Agrarian Chamber, and its members may not receive a fixed salary for their office.
