Statute overview

About this statute

The Pleno must meet at least once a year, the Comisión Permanente at least once every quarter, and the technical committees as often as needed or on request by at least one-third of their members. The Pleno of the Industrial Safety Coordination Council must set its internal rules under this Regulation. The Council Secretariat must send draft regulation texts and technical committee reports to all plenary members, who then have up to 10 days from receipt to submit written comments.
