Statute overview

About this statute

The evaluation body must exclude candidates who do not meet, or cannot meet during the evaluation cycle, the legal conditions for promotion, and it must explain the promotion criteria and ranking order for all evaluated persons. The evaluation body must use the method set out in Article 9(2) when deciding who is selected to attend the training courses. Artículo 12 has no content. A standing evaluation board must consider only valuation elements directly related to the duties of the evaluated person’s scale and the job they hold. Las juntas permanentes deben tomar en cuenta determinados informes y antecedentes al evaluar la insuficiencia de condiciones psicofísicas.
