Statute overview

About this statute

Esta Orden regula los títulos de Técnico Militar para tropa y marinería en servicio activo y fija cómo se aprueban, imparten, evalúan y expiden. The curriculum for each Military Technician qualification must include specified military modules, any needed specialty modules, and the same duration as the general education system. People who obtain a Military Technician title in a specialty must show the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport that they hold the title and have at least one year of related work experience. If a person proves one year of service in the specialty, they are exempt from doing the workplace or unit training module in the relevant study plan. Military study plans must be sent to the military recruitment and education directorate, which must handle the steps needed with the education ministry to set equivalences, if applicable. Passing the study plan results in obtaining the Military Technician title in a specific specialty.
