Statute overview

About this statute

The Special Accounts Commission is made up of members from all political groups in the Comarcal Council and must report on the comarca’s annual accounts before the Council approves them. The functioning and agreement-adoption procedure for comarcal bodies is to be set by local government legislation. The Comarca has listed governing bodies, and the Comarca Council may set additional bodies and the administrative structure by adopting the Organic Comarca Regulation by absolute majority. The Comarca de Sobrarbe is governed and administered by the Comarcal Council, made up of the President and the Councillors.
