Statute overview

About this statute

When exercising the community’s reserved powers over university creation, recognition, or changes, the decision must take account of the listed criteria. Public universities in Castilla y León, and the recognition of private universities, must match the regional university programming and be done by law of the Cortes of Castilla y León, after a report from the University Council.
