Statute overview

About this statute

This Resolution organizes the Tax IT area of the Spanish Tax Agency and assigns functions to its central and regional units; the text says it was repealed with effect from 19 January 2021. This resolution takes effect the day after it is published in the Official State Gazette. Until the job roster is adapted, existing Tax Agency bodies and units must carry out the Informatics functions, and the affected positions remain in place until the adapted roster is approved. This provision identifies the tax IT bodies of the tax agency and says where each one operates.
