Statute overview

About this statute

The integrated operator must maintain the livestock operation properly, care for the animals, allow access to the integrator, and report the integration activity and any changes in writing to the competent livestock department. The contract parties must expressly set out in the contract the obligations they assume for the listed farm-production and animal-health activities. Regulates compensation for animal disease measures and sets conditions for who can receive it.
